Returns
Due to the perishable nature of caviar, we are unable to accept returns for any opened or partially used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Spoiled Products: If your order is damaged during transit or arrives spoiled, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
2. Incorrect Orders: If we sent the wrong item, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Incorrect storage or mishandling of the product after delivery
