All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Because our caviar is a perishable gourmet product, we carefully prepare and pack each order to ensure peak freshness and quality before shipment.

Shipping Method & Delivery
We ship using refrigerated and insulated packaging designed specifically for perishable items. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, actual delivery times are determined by the carrier.

To maintain freshness, we generally ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following business week to prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.

Perishable Item Disclaimer
Due to the perishable nature of caviar, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable products.
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
